CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers to help them to develop a lifelong love for fitness.

 

Kids naturally love to run, push, pull, jump, climb, throw, and move their bodies. In CrossFit, they get the opportunity to do those things, and learn the fundamentals of good, sound movement in a supportive group class setting. It is an exciting and fun way for kids and teenagers to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits. Enrolling your child in a well-rounded program like CrossFit will show them that health and fitness is something that you prioritize and want to educate them about.

 

In an engaging and welcoming atmosphere, we focus on good movement, having fun, teamwork, and confidence building.
