STEP 1 (OPTIONAL)

BOOK A FREE INTRO ONLINE

Can’t you wait to experience what we do right away? Join one of our Fundamental classes ór one of our regular classes during your free intro.

 

After your free intro we can talk you through our options and answer all questions you may have.

 

Do you want to start immediately? Skip step 1 and go directly for step 2!

To keep quality standards as high as possible and give you the best experience, we only accept one free intro per hour.

STEP 2

START YOUR FUNDAMENTAL COURSE

During our 4-week program we will teach you the fundamental exercises of CrossFit.

In 4 90-minutes sessions we will focus on technique and consistency.

We also use this classes to get to know one another.

After completing our Fundamentals, you are ready to join our regular classes.

To keep quality standards as high as possible and give you the best experience, we only have limited spaces during our program.

STEP 3

JOIN THE REGULAR CLASSES

Join our regular classes and become a member of the Bear Up Family.

During the regular classes you will be surrounded by like minded people, lead by our coaches who will guide you through each workout.

 

In regular classes we will still insist on mastering the basics.

To keep quality standards as high as possible and give you the best experience, Fundamental experience is required.

Meet one of our coaches, ask questions and hear us out.

Also be ready to do a short

movement assessment.

After the intake we can decide together if you master the basics well enough to join our regular classes right away.

 

The intake will take approximately 15 to 30 minutes, depending on your input.

To keep quality standards as high as possible and give you the best experience, we only accept a limited amount of intakes.

Effective 1-on-1 coaching

Private coaching is for anyone who wants to achieve a specific goal with the guidance of a private coach. 

Our team of coaches are specialized in creating a personalized plan and are there to guide through your training sessions.

It is possible to follow 1-on-2 coaching.
