NEW TO CROSSFIT
Fundamentals, the foundation for success
Every new member will be invited to start with our Fundamental Program. During our Fundamental Program we will coach you through the fundamental movements in CrossFit and provide you with fundamental theory.
The program is compulsory for all athletes who are new to CrossFit.
Our Fundamental Program is 4-week program in which we will focus on the technique, mechanics and consistency. This program is special made for those who are new to CrossFit, but also suited for those who wants to build on their basics.
