Of course, they can’t train at the same level. A very important part of Bear Up CrossFit is the option to scale the workouts. This means that we adjust every training to the level of each individual. At Bear Up CrossFit every athlete performs the same techniques and movements, but the execution, resistance and/or intensity will be matched to the individual.
